I looked forward to the course but initially had some anxieties. All the self negativity we beat ourselves up with eg, will I know the answers or will I appear stupid?!

I have been extremely lucky in having Diane Walker as my teacher. Diane’s enthusiasm, education and support immediately put me at ease and has helped change my life.

All the doubts are completely unnecessary. 

It is cleverly broken down into very manageable sections which are simple and very revealing. I had many ‘eureka’ moments learning that I was my own worst enemy without cause.

Having had a chronic pain/fatigue condition and depression and anxiety for many years my life has changed completely for the better.

The tools provided allow me to view and cope with everything with a new open non judging mind.

I still have pain and fatigue but can accept their presence and feel great benefit from the meditations. It no longer rules my life and more importantly my mind.

I am much calmer and face situations with a logical mind rather than emotional.

The course is simple to understand yet extremely powerful in its impact.

I would recommend this for everyone in all walks of life and would love to see the concept introduced in all schools.

Life can be much more when we learn to value ourselves and live for, value,,appreciate and enjoy the moments.

Me considero muy afortunada por haber conocido a Diane Walker y haber tenido la oportunidad de asistir a su curso de mindfulness. Ha tenido una influencia muy relevante en mi vida. Me ha ayudado a vivir más en el momento presente y a estar agradecida por lo que tengo. Siento que juzgo mucho menos a los demás y a mi misma. Vaig fer el curs per la reducció de l'estrés basat en mindfulness perquè sentia ansietat i perquè coneixent a Diane sabia que estaria en bones mans.
Ella m'ha ensenyat a gestionar els meus pensaments negatius i a viure amb ells sense deixar que m'afecten. Abans em deixava portar per ells i això em causava estrés i també afectava la meua autoestima. El curs m'ha servit per agafar-ho tot amb més sentit de l'humor i ser més comprenssiva amb els altres i amb mi mateixa i també per apreciar la vida de cada dia.
A més, m'ha ajudat molt incloure la meditació, encara que siga de manera senzilla, en la meua vida diària. És útil per començar el dia de manera positiva.
